Hi Stace!
One thing that is a turn off in your bio is only selectively crediting shooters whom you feel are worthy of it. I say list or don't list.  Actually I say don't list but I know people like to fill the credit section of their biography. I just don't see it making anyone feel cozy inside that you found them not worth listing.

The shot posted on your bio page makes you look like you're hiding your tummy. Its a self conscious pose. Even if you did it subconsciously, viewers get a certain message from that sort of a pose.
I like that you always bring a strong aspect of styling to your shoots. It shows you think about a shoot before you show up and that you care.

Like your work! My only critique is not being too fond of low contrast. I think people use it for sort of a flare look or vintage tone, but, just not my preference. That is all it is though, a preference.

Wow, that was surprising.  Thanks for the confidence booster smile

Hi amy!
Aren't you just a saucy little wide-eyed funky creature?
I dig it.
Take your email off your profile unless you like spam and scam mail people will send you when its up for public viewing with no regulation. How would you handle a phone stalker if you had one from your number being public?
Get yourself a google voice application to forward and hide your real number for privacy so you can have a business line. Its free. And no one will know its not your real number. It forwards to your existing phone handset.
Be safe sweets! Just because it hasn't happened doesn't mean it won't!!

I think you'd make a good nude model and this is why:
Your implied nude shot emotes something...real.
Your other shots are cute but no works of art as you're just not dippin into yourself.

...Besides we'd like to see you naked. LOL Just kidding.

This art nude thing is working for you.
Keep the body all natural and you can play it up for some time to come!

Good makeup here. Don't be afraid to trim and shape and gel eye brows (as long as you know how)...[[[Furry bitches get shaved in my chair... muh ha ha ha!]]]
Individual (short, brown) lashes would be good to fill in her lashes and still look very clean and natural for the look you were going for.
Barbasol rubbed in the palms will eliminate the fly-aways of her hair when other products fail.

Hi girl!
My critique of your work is that the light is pretty much flat and lackluster. Try experimenting with higher key and more contrast at your upcoming shoots!
The diagrams in tutorials are pretty useful while exploring new options.

I love the lines and anonymity of this shot. Also, the higher contrast black and white is much more appealing than another black and white low contrast conversion you have posted.

No shame in being short so don't draw attention to it by adding it to your bio, especially when its so short. (No pun intended)  smile
Love the bangs. Keep them. Flat iron the rest of your hair stick straight for your next shoot.
Best wishes!

Hi Nicole,

Welcome to our world smile

Learn about the beauty of cheek contouring to define your facial features. Visit a Sephora and ask what they recommended for you. It will change you!
Just keep shooting and grow as it comes. Its a lot of work but rewarding.

The images you have now are just leaving me wanting. I don't know, low grade PS work on them (not your fault). I just can't say I'd know what I was getting from what you have right now.

I have 2 unedited images from Dan posted already. He said he'd have some edits to me in a couple of weeks. And what do you mean by PS work? Any helpful hints or suggestions?

Hey Lauren!
if fashion is your passion like your port says, soak yourself in it. Pay the 20 bucks for a foreign fashion magazine every month and drink it in. Fashion sells a lifestyle and a mindset. Till you know what those things are, you can never express it in your images. Also, make sure if you want to do beauty images, you use beauty models. They are hard to find till you hit a certain point, but, it makes or breaks a beauty photo. I say stick with body based models for fashion tests will you are firm in what you want to shoot.

Try a French Vogue, V, or others similar that can be found at Barnes and Noble.

Hi Greg,

Standardize your crop sizes. Its hard for us to print images given with crops and ratios that vary.

I like where you're going with the glam. Pursue 3 point lighting. I think you hav ejust the sort of models you should... not that that seems like a hard thing but you'd be surprised how many people's models don't line up with their direction.

I used to buy magazines a lot, actually. And then I got poor. Maybe I can put away a few bucks for a Vogue every month.

When I look at your work the distinction and overall efficiency difference between your studio and location work has created quite the gap.
Do you have a photo journalist background?

Your studio work is lackluster and boring. Kick it up with mentoring or workshops that focus on lighting sets ups in the studio environment OR decided its just not your playground!
