That's fine, but speaks nothing about what you actually aspire to shoot or can offer models. Its wasted space for a professional port in my opinion.

You are always seen as being such a nice and sweet person. Its a good reputation to have. Your tags and comments to others that are visible to the rest of the MM community are always very positive and that is a great way to present yourself. I'd move around your first three shots as they are all very similar and lining them up makes i more obvious than it needs to be. I'd stay away from using the Disney font, its too recognizable and people leave after viewing the image thinking "That's the disney font shooter". Make your watermark distinguished and unique to you. Just my fleeting thoughts!

Jill Liebisch wrote: Oooh me me! ![big_smile](//assets.modelmayhem.com/images/smilies/big_smile.png) Hi Jill! I'm sure you have a personality. Let it show in your images! You are not channeling anything or expressing anything in your images. You would benefit a lot by opening up to the camera. Play with expressions. Who cares if you're all over the map with mood in the same outfit or you look silly, the photographer won't use bad shots of you. Right now you are blank and empty. Modeling is about being someone else sometimes. Do you feel you relate to other people when you watch a movie or a play? Do what you see them do. Have fun with it!

Enjoy that and be sure to shoot! You're a darling ball of energy and fun to work with. I say shoot more commercial fashion to round out your book. You have what looks like one shoot from SoBe, good start!

I'd still work for another one... I got a Nikon instead of the 40D, but hey, just happy to check it off the list!! LOL but you know, I am sure to keep you posted on my travels your way and surely will be putting you at the top of my list. Always loved your combination of digital art and photography.

Now what are you going to do with it? I can't even say what sort of photography you're trying to do... Do some studying as far as genres go and learn the lighting. Online tutorials help as well as soliciting the help of a local accomplished photographer you can assist in trade for lighting tips for a few shoots. That might even start a professional relationship where you can benefit from for years to come. We all need a mentor to help us out!

Terra R Morgan wrote: I'm in! let me know please Hi there, I think you have a beautiful face. Your beautiful face shape is thrown off by do it yourself brows. The shape is off for your face. The arch needs to be further down your brow and not in the middle. It is also an even thickness and should taper off some at the end of your brow line. Its plucked too far in the inner corners of your eyes, making your eyes appear more wide-set than they are. The fix: Allow your brows to fill in for 2 weeks in the brow bone above your nose. Go to a nail salon where you can get a professional shape for 8 dollars (going rate fo salon wax). They're the least expensive and still do a great job for creating the correct brow shape.

Hi David, Your book is thin but that says something more positive than you don't have a lot of images. You are able to discern from what you want people to see and what shots were just a learning experience. That's great. So many people put up every shot they ever took and wonder why people don't know what they'll be getting if they shoot with you. Right on. Cool pic of the day too.

I see a lot of recognizable faces in there My critique is that your light is even and flat. Not a bad thing, but maybe now you can experiment with a glossier, more poppy 3 point lighting set up. Good post work too, btw

You don't even know how far reaching your insults have gotten or could go. Giving critiques via photo comment is also bad form. Are you waiting for those members to return your notes? Surely not, as they are experienced enough to know good tact on MM.

Sometimes your highlights are blown in the black and whites, but, I don't hate the shot because of it. Maybe you should try to get a hold of some retro vintage clothes for a shoot. Might compliment you and your style quite well.

![bunny](//assets.modelmayhem.com/images/smilies/bunny.gif) Hi girl! I like your streak of editorial fashion. Right now that is all it is, a streak. But you can build on this basis and the more you soak in editorial fashion images from magazines and online blogs, the more like them you can become. I like the vintage tones, maybe try some textures also with brushes. Example: http://www.jessicavaugn.com/picture/img … Id=3418232

With set ups like this, try using a spotlight on the background to break up the blackness of the seamless OR give her a hair light so her hair doesn't fall into the blackness of the background.
