I'm still getting used to the fact that Florida Squirrels bark.  That kinda stuff isn't natural in Indiana.  Still remember jumping the first time one did that to me down here.

Just wow.

I mean, I rarely work Weddings, and as such, I don't charge too high of a rate.  But 250 for 5 hours, plus full copyright release?  ermmm...

Yeah, I don't see that going well.

Can't say much though, and swear to god this is true...

Friend of mine shot a wedding once, and the food at the recepetion.

Yes.

Little Ceasers

(and bottled soda)...

He wonders why I'm really picky about it.

5 hours day of... plus the rehersal the night before...

Works out at 6 hours to be $41/hour BEFORE expenses and I have ranted on that way to much to spend the energy to do it again.

Ask Wolfie, he kept my last one..

True, didn't even think about day before.  Just wow.

No need to expend any more energy, i think photographers of the world all facepalm'ing in Unison would create enough kinetic energy to power that one....

Personally I don't think the doc should be sued. The patient was in surgery and it has been my experience that before surgeries the patient signs a paper stating whether they want to be woken up from surgery if an extenuating circumstance such as this occurs....

It would be one thing if it was related to what the surgery was for, but these two things are QUITE different...  The doctor was negligent just on the basis of common sense.. Let alone malpractice..

According to the article he was being circumcised and the doc saw a cancerous growth during the procedure... imo that's related, since it ws on the part being operated on originally.

But not what he went in for.. One has to assume that the patient wasn't aware of the cancer. Therefore, he should have been made aware of that situation prior to lopping off his manhood!!  And I suspect that there was a medical history taken so the doctor would have been aware that the patient was not aware of the cancer, OR, was refusing to acknowledge it. Regardless, if it wasn't on the history, he shouldn't have freed willy..

But the lawsuit alleges that the doctor was not given authorization to remove his penis.
And it indicates that performing the procedure deprived Seaton the opportunity to get a second opinion.
The cancer turned out to be a stage one cancer, considered by many medical experts to be treatable.
