That is true.. I sometimes wanna punch people in the face when they bitch about their job.. I keep pointing out that there are plenty of people who would love to have the opportunity to bitch about a job...

Kinda like I wanted to punch the people in retail around the holidays who bitched about working a 40 hour week? Yeah... they got no sympathy from me.

Cashier: "God, I've been here for six hours. I can't wait to go home."
Me: "Really, I usually work 10 hour days."
Cashier: "Yeah, but I had to work over the weekend. A whole 10 hours."
Me: "Funny, so did I."
Cashier: "I seriously have almost 40 hours this week."
Me: "I seriously have 50."
Cashier: "What do you do?"
Me: "I work with lawyers."
Cashier: "Oh, that really sucks."
Me: "Tell me about it."

My reward for working so much this weekend: a further deluge of work.

I have job security. This makes me happy.

What doesn't make me happy: needles. Stupid needles. *shiver*

And tomorrow - I get to drink barium.

*sigh*

If these test results come back with the standard "we don't show any reason for you to be having problems," I'm going to be a very, very unhappy girl.

Speaking of the Keys, I need to ask SOS where to eat there. I'm already planning my birfday trip.

That's no joke! Had a colonoscopy AND endoscopy in one shot. I'm just hoping they didn't mix up the tubes!
Hey ED, are you getting the cool test where you swallow the camera and get to wear the thing that looks like you have a bomb strapped to ya the whole day?! That's............entertaining.

You actually have to sign a waver that you won't go into banks and government buildings. LOL
Though I didn't get some odd looks at work. I think they finally thought I went over the edge.

I haven't gone postal.........yet. There are no dead bodies in connection with me. I have not seriously threatened the life of anyone at work. This is my story and I'm sticking to it.

Getting off of work early so that I can go see my new....friend. Somehow I've ended up with a 5'10 brazillian-Italian model.  And my boss is cool with it all.  Yeah, I really can't bitch all that loud about having the job I do.
