Okay, I'll play too! This is off my Sidekick so I apologize for the quality:
https://www.occmakeup.com/images/DKKIT.jpg

Yup, that's the entire thing. As you can see, I didn't choose my company name arbitrarily. smile

Under the front lid is a bag containing all my pencil and other liners, and behind the foundations is another bag with all my glosses, etc. There's more than a few eyeshadow palettes in the bottom compartment that you can't see, and if you look closely you can see the Make Up For Ever Flash Colour Kit (with original colors) behind the stackables of my Loose Colours. The two make an excellent combination (it's how I usually do eyes). One bag, containing skincare stuff, is hidden behind the opposite side of the box.

I don't think there is another way. You just post the link and put these tags around it, without the spaces:

[ img ] the link [ /img ]

If you need a place to upload your images first, there are plenty of free sites to do that for you. I recommend ImageShack.

Ok, here's my latest iteration of my kit.  I actually bought this yesterday at Orvis.  I have been looking for something a little more friendly for my necessities.  I carry my brushes in a MUFE round stand-up kit.  All of my hair stuff and bigger items are in my Zuca bag.  No pics of that - it's still a disaster!

https://images22.fotki.com/v753/free/692fb/2/242727/4740561/kit1-vi.jpg?1174412675

My 8 or so palettes could potentially fit in here, and my 30 or so pigments too.  But I need my cream shadows, lip colors, bronzers  and powders most.  I have all of my skin care in here too.  And there's still more room!

It's a fly-fishing multi-reel case, to be honest.  That's what I went looking for.  Much softer than a tackle box, but the compartments are fully adjustable and/or removable.  It was $59, but I am sure it could be found online a bit cheaper.  I have no patience when I really want something, though.

Well I began at the beginning its a very good place to start... ohh sorry I broke out into song for a second there smile
I have done make-up for the theater for about 15 years but professionally for the last 3 years.
When I attened school I got a prity good supply of make-up but like any addiction I cant pass up prity pallets and colour and brushes ohhh my smile
I just collect things that are beautiful colors , great quality and usefullness. I like to make things little and am obsessed with the whole shrinking down the size of things that go into  my kit, I rarely use that huge silver kit I prefer to use my little monster kit, It s  amazing how much stuff fits into that little thing smile I think I have posted pictures of my newest child on this same thread... let me check....

yup here it is, and belive it or not all of this stuff fits inside, I have since shrunk down the size of alot of these bottles since the picture was taken and can now fit even more stuff into this little baby smile

I picked up the best tackle box the other day, 4 huge drawers that lock into it's own caddy with a handle, the drawers all come completely out and have adjustable slots and are about 1.3 inches deep, so I can fit all my Ben Nye singles into it and see them all perfectly.

Gawd I had the best time loading that sucker up out of my old train cases.

So much lighter too!

well since this thread has been brought back to life I was all inspired to re-make some of my lables, I just got married and well my old lables had my old last name on it, soooooo out with the old and in with the new,
I Also wanted to post some new pictures, I have done away with most of the zip lock style baggies and found some great clear zippered bags  and now that every thing is all re-labled I am very happy with my self. smile
I have prity much done away with my big heavy train case and moved everything into this little "pit" style box, I can pull it all out or work from it.  And it locks so everthing will be safe, when its fully loaded it weights about 19 pounds but with a nice soft soulder strap it doesnt seam all that heavy. And this kit is much easier to take on the bus or sky train:)

Here is the kit all packed and ready for the day

https://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d99/DeadlyDesign/P3210244.jpg

here is all of the stuff that was inside the kit, its amazing what you can fit into a little area I am the queen of packing smile

I have that brush folio also I got it from IBS NY last year from a cosmetic company out of BC (can't think of name). I loved it but it open's so wide at alot of locations I didn't have enough room but it's great for organization and holds alot of brushes plus the velcro storage bags. It's also a bit heavy.
I have to admit it's just sitting in the corner now.

Vik, I got my Brush Folio case from a studio here in miami of a local makeup artist. I had looked for it online before- but no luck finding it...I must admit that when I saw it at the makeup studio , I immediately went ga-ga for it and paid $65 - well a little less that is- with a small discount that i recived for it...But it was well worth it!

I can now keep my brushes well organized and use the side compartments (which are  small vinyl pouches- Velcro detachable) for Qtips, Disposable Lipstick/mascara wands, my Shu Uemura Eyelash curlers, pencil sharpeners, mascaras/liquid liners, lipliners/eyeliner pencils, etc.

I dont really think it weights much- I always carry it in one hand while pulling the train case with the other...and it works just GREAT (for me).

**Not to mention- everyone at the shoots think it looks cool and very professional**
