Being in Hawaii puts you in tremendous advantage as far as weather and naturally beautiful backgrounds but I am a bit disappointed as your beach shots look nice but miss eye candy or excitement. I expected to see much hotter poses, tanned oiled and a more daring style.

in general your glamor shoots are not strong
this is great pose but face is a bit burn and you do not have a playful attitude.
Try to be more daring and show personality and attitude in front of the camera. Do not stare at the camera, talk to it in some photos you seem like very bored or not into what you are doing.

Only few shots in your port. Some really should go to your face book pages.  Your best is and my fav, the lighting and the snake are on the spot   listed
however I am not so crazy about all the others

Try to plan your shoots in advance. Point and shoot style is what you want to avoid.

The photographer must watch your face angles and lighting, note that in this photo light and shadows of your hair makes your face a bit bloated and your nose puffy.

Your seamless paper studio shots are a bit boring because outfits, colors or poses do not stand out much against the background color, like here . You can hardly see the underwear. Lighting is flat and you need to coach your models better to give you the model "look"
a cute like this belongs to outdoor shoots.
this is nice but preferred in bw or sepia for better impact.
Encouraging results however, I know you can do a lot better.
