LA always sucks, which means I will be in the 405 N. to get to your place.  I have come into LAX ar 11:30pm many times and the NB 405 was a parking lot till I got North of Sunset???  It always sucks

Last Sunday I dropped people off at LAX at 12:30 via the 405, it was great. Maybe it was just luck...I dunno, I'm just glad it wasn't crazy!
