Can possibly help provide transportation to shoots if their wardrobe will fit in a 2 seater car & it doesn't interfere with my work schedule. Nov 18 08 09:15 am Link sure, Downtown Minneapolis, however my place is small and they have to like sleeping on a couch or cot. I don't even care if I work with them. Nov 18 08 09:15 am Link If you don't mind cats I have a futon in the guest room & references from other traveling models who've stayed here. Nov 18 08 09:51 am Link Downtown Toronto -- nice comfy futon. If it's a model I want to work with or a photographer or model that seems nice and needs to crash for a day or two. Nov 18 08 09:54 am Link From a traveling models perspective; THANK YOU people! Nov 18 08 10:08 am Link Model Sarah wrote: ^^^ Nov 18 08 10:15 am Link This is the best thread ever...and hell, we have a photographer on the couch this weekend. Asylum, PXE, and I live in Washington DC. Crashing on our couch means I'll try to feed you if I'm here (I'm often not), but it doesn't mean PXE or Asylum will necessarily have any interest in shooting you. No pets, fairly close to a metro stop. Please give us as much notice as you can, as Asylum works a day job and PXE and I travel extremely frequently. Nov 18 08 10:17 am Link I have separate living space (Carriage house), available in South Central Ohio. Has a range and refrigerator. The water is off in the winter, so there is no shower, the toilet is still flushable, and there is bottled water. The rest of the year it is full service. If no one else is staying it is available. http://www.lostvikingshoard.com/Project.htm Nov 18 08 10:22 am Link Great idea for a thread! I will defenently keep this saved for future travels Nov 18 08 10:49 am Link Chicago isn't a Michigan city haha. If I had the room, I'd totally do this! Nov 18 08 10:51 am Link I'm bookmarking this thread, and hoping it's still alive when my vagabond life comes to a close and I finally return to my beautiful home in the Santa Cruz Mts., hopefully early 2009. I've hosted many traveling models with a private room, use of car, and meals (close to San Jose, SF, East Bay, and greater Silicon Valley). Thanks for starting this Aubrey. Nov 18 08 10:54 am Link This is an excellent idea!!!! My question to the one above...How do I bookmark it for later usage? Nov 18 08 10:57 am Link Sophie Darling wrote: haha, yeah, it is ILL. I do not know what I was thinking. Nov 18 08 11:16 am Link I am about 40 minutes SW of downtown Chicago. I have an available couch and a friendly cat. It's not much, but it's free and almost always available. (Sarah just stayed here a couple of weeks ago, and she's still alive, so that's proof you don't need an escort.) Nov 18 08 11:29 am Link This is such an amazing idea. add me. I am located in Chicago and I am not far from downtown. I am staying at school right now on the south side, but my Dad is out of town a lot so his place is usually always available; about 5 mins north of downtown in Wrigleyville.
