I find that it's really, REALLY easy to tell whos breasts are fake and whose are not. I have a lot of friends who've just had boob jobs and you can see the outlines of the silicone bags through the skin (eeeek!).
Even if I didn't have boobs, I'd prefer that to a boob job. Especially since you have to have them replaced every few years too!

And I'd walk around like a robot and look like an idiot, because I'd be afraid of falling over, popping one and having all the toxins run through my body.
Fake boobs are complex, scary things!

I shot with a model 2 years ago from Houston Tx that had the Fatty Tissue Relocation and she has permanent Knots on her back and beside her left breast from where the Dr Goofed on this Safer Surgery.

That carries its own set of complications. Namely peoples weight fluctuates & w/ it a lot of times loses the relocated fat tissue.

I know MANY MANY models who have had this operation done.  I shot them before AND after.  I ALWAYS ALWAYS tell them - DONT GET TRIPLE D's FOR PETES SAKE!   There is one fitness model getting implants very soon.  She's shorter and has a KILLER ROCK HARD body.  She's getting small C's and when they're done I'm sure they'll look great! 


GET BREASTS NOT "ORBS"  (i've seen some that just look WAY too big and appear more as orbs than breasts.........)

1. They have no idea if the fatty tissue relocation will deposit properly. 
2. its is not safer at all
3. the breast can be lumpy, malformed and the fat deposited may not even stay where it is supposed to be.

This is hilarious and obviously written by someone who knows NOTHING about implants.

The implants have saline in them, which is absorbed into the tissues.  There is not hing toxic about saline.  Its sterile. 
The implants that are silicone are made of silicone memory gel.  It does not ooze out like they old kind of silicone implants.  It stays in the capsule, even if its being squeezed.  It takes A LOT of pressure to "pop one".  You cant just fall and it pop. Thats stupid.  Its not a fucking balloon.

Yours look very nice, and very natural! I love breast implants that enhance what is naturally there. I hate the kind that look like oranges shoved under one's skin. To me, it's just unattractive. My husband and I recently watched Zombie Strippers, and the implants were so prevailant that it didn't even feel like the women were really topless. At one point, my husband just goes, "Can we stop watching this, now? I'm getting really tired of seeing Jenna Jameson's chest. Like.. really tired."

Personally, I feel sad for never studying medicine. I would have been an awesome plastic surgeon, and breast implants would have been my specialty.

I think Breasts that look look someone cut a basketball in half and used the halves for the implants look horrible.

What I find humorous is...  Many women with small Breasts want them to be larger.  While many women with large breasts have reduction surgery.

Very well said.  My wife had this done about 11 years ago after breastfeeding our two children had taken it's toll on her body.  She's always been very happy with the results, and more confident about her appearance.  She is a beautiful woman anyway, as you are, and absolutely deserves to be feel good about how she looks.  You obviously had yours done by a skilled surgeon with a keen eye for his craft, because you look wonderful .  If you feel good, and you feel confident, and YOU love how you look, then it was definitely a success. 
     To the OP, there is absolutely nothing wrong with a cosmetic procedure if it makes you feel even more sexy and self-confident.  It's your life, and you only get to live it once.  If being curvier makes you feel great then it's for you.  Photographing a girl with implants is just like photographing a girl without implants, meaning there are always optimum angles and lighting that make someone look their best.  Good luck in all you do!

My Grandmother had DDD cup and my mom DD, by the time i was 16 I was 5'4, 115 lbs with a DD cup. My gramma had back problems her entire life and ended up having not one, but two reductions. First one to a C, second one down to a B. She was happy with that. I had major back problems for the past few years, until I was lucky enough recently to lose 18 lbs by changing up my diet and exercising more. Now I am just slightly smaller and able to walk a bit better, with a small D cup. Any woman who feels uncomfortable with her own body should try whatever they can first without surgery to feel good again. If that is not possible, go to what means you must to make yourself happy, just make sure you think of consequence and risks etc. cheers

Another beautiful model with an augmentation who looks fantastic!  She would be gorgeous either way, but chose this way, and she is awesome.  It really comes down to finding a good surgeon who is skilled at matching your breasts to your build and not over-doing it.  Sabrina Maree looks very glamorous in her port, AND very natural.

Well, it's given me a more positive outlook on my femininity. Feeling like a boy, or a preadolescent girl from the waist up is kind of a drag on the self image. It's taken away my ability to run without a bra on
