Although I, (secretly), don't like fake breasts, especially when it is obvious, and they are stiff, like a pair of cantaloups stuck to a woman's chest, I have learned that it is better to NOT piss into the wind !

New guy here.  Must say, this thread is quite entertaining.  No matter what the forum, there's always a few like the OP.

Implants, tattoos, piercings, etc. can all be assets for particular shoots.  Same goes for the opposite; lack of implants, tattoos, etc.

Start with the image/concept you're trying to convey and then find the model or models that will help you best deliver that.  Simple.

While I will say that I think models should disclose any body modifications such as tattoos, piercings, scarification, and breast augmentation on their profile, I think there is a place for everyone. I know of at least a handful of extremely successful models with very obvious breast augmentations. I know of even more with less obvious breast augmentations who have also been successful and quite sought after for shoots. Just as I know many models who do not have breast augmentation who are sought after. It comes down to the overall look of the model and how that look works into your projects.

Are there some projects that are not appropriate for augmented models? Sure. Are there some projects that actually require some sort of augmentation or modification? Yep.

I also would add that breast augmentation is something that a model should do (or even not do) for herself, not because she is told to do it or not do it by someone else.
