Not quite true. There are new features in the final stages of testing that will work quite well on an individual basis.

But the recommendation/reputation part, yes, it will only work if people use it. That's the real experiment, isn't it?

As we exit the final beta phases within the next 30-45 days, we'll see how it goes.

And when the next very large feature is rolled-out in the next few days (seriously!), we'll see how well that does, too.
