Models underage...
How many of u actually shoot them?? Of course, I don't ask them to get naked and I don't touch them. That'd make things a lot different. For those who can't keep their hands to themselves or cannot stand seeing them in clothes, I'd avoid 'em all together. Side Note: It's not illegal to photograph a minor, nude, in the US. Jun 21 08 11:01 pm Link I shot a sixteen year-old a few years back. Mum was perfect. Always within earshot, never more than 50 yards away, but I never saw her while I was shooting. Made both the model and I feel more confident. NO Nudes, by the way. It is my understanding that in Canada it is a Criminal Code Offense (equivalent to a U.S. felony) to shoot a minor in the nude, regardless of context or clothed in a suggestive manner. I don't look for it, because of release and work rules issues. Might consider doing "Senior pictures" for hire, but that's a bit different. As far as nudes, I wouldn't do it, but my best understanding is that in a non sexual context (think "naturists") it's legal with parental consent. Not something I want to deal with though.
